Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams Pasta GF can be also used
  • 3 TBSP Wholewheat flour
  • 1 cup Milk Sub with plant based milk for vegan version
  • 1 TBSP Dried Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Bell Peppers
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta according to packet instructions
  • On an average, I add 1.5 handfuls of uncooked pasta per person (varies slightly based if I am using a lot of veggies)
