Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Brown Rice I have used Organic Sona Masoori Semi Brown Rice
  • 1/2 cup split black gram Urad dal / Ulundhu/ Ulutham Paruppu
  • 1/2 cup split pigeon pea Toor Dal / Thuvaram Paruppu
  • 1/3 cup Split Green gram Yellow Moong dal / Pasi Paruppu
  • 2 tsp fenugreek seeds methi / Vendhyam - dried or soaked
  • 6 Dry Red Chillies
  • 2 kashmiri red chillies
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil per adai
