Grilled Tomato Cream Cheese Sandwich: A Quick and delicious sandwich made in under 10 mins with the goodness of tomatoes and cream cheese. Great for parties, lunchboxes, picnics or potluck.
Sandwiches are a dream to make and kids love it too ! My elder one used to take a lot of sandwiches in her elementary school and when I first posted this recipe, she had finished her board exams, and now she’s on another important milestone of her life… How time flies !!
From pestering her mom to pack sandwiches to making her own Open Sandwiches (with variants from the eclectic Schezwan Cheese to Butter Chilli), it’s surely a treat to see her make these dishes for herself and the little one… And, I wanted to present this ultra simple yet delicious Tomato + Cream Cheese Sandwich that the little one loves and it comes together in under 15 mins

Cheese and Tomato is a classic combo..use it anywhere it will rock, and so will these sandwiches. The big sis is playing mom..ehe he ! how I love kids who take care of themselves and their siblings.

Oh yum! This reminds me of the tomato mozarella sandwich we get at Tim Hortons here. I was wondering what was so special in it, but I ordered it because it fit my budget – hehe – and it was surprisingly delicious! This looks so good… Yeah, the girls have been messing up the kitchen and just yesterday broke one of my prop glasses in the process… hehe…
Congratulations to the older one. Lovely sandwiches to brighten up the day.
Cream cheese and tomato, wow totally my favourite combination. Love it as a sandwich filling. Also add some cucumber slices. Like the idea of grilling the tomato cream cheese sandwich.
thank you, Mayuri. we love that combo. Cucumber is an interesting addition
Next time I am making some cream cheese and tomato sandwich. Will make a great weekend dinner and keep washing up minimum. Love the sandwiches Kalyani the girls really have grown up.
oh yes, the washing bit is so true with a sandwich-soup kind of dinner and yeah the kids are growing up too fast ❤️❤️❤️
