Apple Raita joins a long list of Raita (yoghurt based sides) that our family enjoys through the year, especially summers. These Raitas can double up as a meal most of the time, and this Apple raita is no different.
Of course, this is a Zero Cook dish which makes so much sense in these scorching summer to have a chilled meal like this by itself. The credit to this Apple raita must go to the husband man who whipped this sometime last week, when we had a few apples left in the basket that no one would touch.
Apple Raita is an easy Raita or side dish with Apples in a mildly spiced yogurt sauce. Makes for an excellent side for Pulav/Biryani or as a meal by itself.
